Her Time Had Come She tiptoed silently thro' the night To the stone of granite grey, She placed a blue rose in a crystal vase On the grave where her true love lay.

"It won't be long", she silently said And kissed the stone so cold I'll wait for you by the sparkling lake, And wear your ring of gold. The trees rustled softly in the breeze She realised she was getting numb, A figure appeared in a soft, soft light, And she knew that "her time had come".
