A FORMER social care worker at Neath's Hillside Secure Unit said she apologised immediately after she threatened to break a teenager's legs.

Samantha Pascoe, formerly employed by Neath Port Talbot Council, is accused of breaching the Code of Practice for Social Care Workers by allegedly behaving inappropriately towards the youth who was in her care.
