AT long last a reader has asked what I have been wondering for a long time: Why was the central library not relocated to St David's Shopping Centre, rather than the Civic Centre (Have Your Say, August 15).
I always thought central meant in the centre. No way could you call its previous, or new, location as being in the city centre with easy access to one and all. Not only is the Civic Centre out of the way, but to relocate the library to this venue, many public services based in this building, have had to be relocated to many different parts of the county, services that should be based where they were.See the full content of this document
