A LARGE lump of concrete falling from an M4 flyover in Skewen narrowly missed a man walking underneath. Retired civil engineer Tyrone Bevan said the concrete missed his head by inches, and would have been fatal if it had struck a child.
Mr Bevan, who has issued a warning for walkers to avoid the area, said: "I was very lucky. If it had been a kid, it could have killed someone."See the full content of this document
