Unpaid Road Settlements Hits 45,000

Summary


WELSH drivers have failed to pay nearly 45,000 out-of-court settlements for driving or keeping unlicenced vehicles since 2004, according to new figures.

Statistics revealed under the Freedom of Information act, show that 44,477 out-ofcourt settlements issued by enforcement centres at Swansea and Bangor remain unpaid.
