OUT of 890 Welsh language programmes on S4C during a threeweek period in February and March, 196 attracted what is officially designated as zero viewers, meaning the programmes were watched by fewer than 1,000 people. Just 139 were watched by more than 10,000 viewers.
This emphasises what a complete waste of money this white elephant of a TV channel is. Just as important, it shows that when people are given freedom of choice, even Welsh speakers find the Welsh language a huge turn-off.See the full content of this document
