DENTAL staffing numbers are said to have fallen in Welsh hospitals while NHS managers have risen, the Conservatives have claimed.
Figures from the party show the number of managers within the NHS has soared from 3,176 in 2005, to 3,823 in 2009. But over the same period, the number of dental staff within Welsh hospitals had dropped from 117 to 94.See the full content of this document
