Mike Cullis, programme director for the School of the Built and Natural Environment at Swansea Metropolitan University, said over the next 40 years around 80 per cent of Swansea's buildings will be the ones we see around us now.

Cope So not much of a huge change then, as far as communities and neighbourhoods go.
