Swansea Crown Court heard that 59-year-old Brian Thomas, who has suffered from sleep disorders since childhood, killed his 57-year- old wife during a holiday in July last year when he dreamed he was fighting an intruder who had broken into their camper van at Aberporth in West Wales.
