A FIVE-YEAR study is being conducted in Wales to look at the country's ageing population.

A total of 5,000 pensioners in Anglesey, South Gwynedd and Neath and Port Talbot are to be recruited to take part in Bangor University's Pounds 3.3 million research project, which also involves Swansea University.
