LAST week the UK Supreme Court ruled that a pre-nuptial agreement was binding in the case of a business heiress whose ex-husband had disputed a multi-million pound divorce settlement. Swansea law firm head PETER LYNN reveals his thoughts on pre-nups and asks: "Are they right for Welsh couples?" ONCE, they were exclusive to Hollywood stars. Now, it seems, pre-nuptial agreements are set to become a key element in many more marriages.
