Swansea law firm head PETER LYNN reveals his thoughts on pre-nups and asks: "Are they right for Welsh couples?" ONCE, they were exclusive to Hollywood stars. Now, it seems, pre-nuptial agreements are set to become a key element in many more marriages.

When the Supreme Court ruled against businessman Nicolas Granatino's divorce settlement appeal last week, it indicated that a fair pre-nup should be seen as a legally binding contract.
