MINING giant Celtic Energy has lost its High Court battle to extend a Port Talbot mine.
The company had planning permission for an extension at Margam opencast site at Pen y Bryn refused by Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend coun cils. It then appealed to the Assembly and lost -- and now its High Court action against the appeal ruling has also failed, to the delight of residents.See the full content of this document
