Why do so many idiots insist on parking along Oystermouth Road when it is quite clearly marked as being out of bounds during peak hours?
The problems just a single vehicle can cause in terms of snarl- ups is incredible. I have twice had near-misses with cars trying to zig-zag from one lane to the next to avoid parked lorries.See the full content of this document
