Summary
I Am writing about the parking of cars and vans on the double yellow lines beside the Spar shop in the lower part of Baglan.
Firstly, these motorists obviously do not live on the Pentwyn estate, which is directly behind the Spar shop, otherwise they would realise that it is the only way in, and out of, the estate.
