THOUSANDS of workers at Port Talbot's giant steelworks have been given a boost after it was claimed Wales is at the forefront of improvements in the industry. The view, given by Phil Clements, director of new product development at Corus parent company Tata Steel Europe, will be welcomed by the 3,500 people who work at the Margam plant.
And in a further boost, Dr Clements also said the steel industry is running close to full capacity after the worst economic crisis for a generation.See the full content of this document
