WELSH Secretary Cheryl Gillan has come under fire for "boasting" about the business benefits of rail electrification when Swansea has been "left out in the cold".
Ms Gillan, who took part in a record-breaking attempt to run a train service between Cardiff and London in under 90 minutes yesterday, said electrification of the line would "help to bring benefits to business, individuals and families alike."See the full content of this document
