FORMER Neath Port Talbot Council leader and now MEP Derek Vaughan has backed measures to protect businesses in Wales from late payments.
Under rules agreed by the European Parliament, businesses will be entitled to insist on a 30-day deadline for the payment of bills and impose penalties for late payment.See the full content of this document
