FRIENDS and family of teenage heroin victim Hannah Meredith will dress in her favourite colour today to mark what would have been her 19th birthday.

The former Bryngwyn School student tragically died from a drug overdose at the age of 17 in October last year, and today her family will mark the second birthday the 'bright and lovely' youngster did not live to celebrate.
