Summary
A DROP in the number of repossessions and mortgage arrears has been welcomed by housing charity Shelter Cymru.
The Council of Mortgage Lenders says figures for the third quarter of this year show a continued decline, with 8,900 properties (representing 0.08 per cent of mortgages) taken into possession. The total was 5 per cent lower than the 9,400 cases of possession in the preceding three months.See the full content of this document
