A SWANSEA housing developer is hoping to build a series of homes close to a hospital earmarked for closure. Pennant Homes has bought a 1.7 acre site to the north of Hill House Hospital which is due to shut its doors for good next year.
The hospital, which is largely used to provide rehabilitation and recovery of elderly patients, could close with services and patients moved from the site by April next year if Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University (ABMU) Health Board gives the go ahead.See the full content of this document
