PARENTS in the upper Swansea Valley have only a few days left to have their say on a proposed shake-up of post-16 education.

Powys Council is planning to restructure its post-16 provision as it seeks to tackle falling rolls and what it says will be a secondary schools budget deficit of Pounds 6.5 million by 2014.
