RECORD bosses have delayed the release of Shaheen Jafargholi's album for a second time in a bid to make him a global star.
Swansea schoolboy Shaheen was originally due to release When I Come of Age last autumn before the release date was put back to March 21 this year. But it is now planned for it to hit the shops in October, with a similar release date planned for America.See the full content of this document
