A PORT Talbot man who stood beside the M4 performing a sex act on himself has been sent to prison at Swansea Crown Court. Jonathan Patrick Keegan committed the act in full view of motorists travelling along the eastbound carriageway of the motorway at Margam.

It happened just a few weeks after he had been arrested for similar lewd conduct in a communal doorway at the block of flats where he lived.
