A CHARCUTERIE day is to take place at the Gower Wild Flower Centre on February 8. It is being held in conjunction with Trealy Farm, which is renowned for cooking bacon, ham, sausage, terrines, galantines and pates -- pork-based products collectively known as charcuterie.
