JONATHAN Davies is ready to hand the Scarlets a huge boost ahead of their crunch Heineken Cup clash with Munster on Saturday as he nears a return to full fitness.

The centre missed Wales's 24-18 defeat by Australia last Saturday because of a groin injury, but with his recovery progressing smoothly, Davies expects to be fit for this weekend's encounter at Parc y Scarlets.
