In response to Mr Naylor's comment on taxing bicycles (Post, August 12), I would like to make the following comments.
I drive a car and ride a motorbike, so should I get a rebate when I use the bike? Any vehicle, including cycles, should be subject to the same rules and regulations.See the full content of this document
