Summary


Police investigating the death of a Llanelli teenager from a heroin overdose found two hypodermic syringes in the pockets of garments said to belong to her mother.

The syringes were discovered in a dressing gown and a jacket at the house in Bassett Terrace, Pwll, where 16-year-old Carly Townsend died after injecting herself with the drug.
