UNTIL just over four weeks ago, our sheltered housing complex in Pontarddulais was well known to Swansea Council -- they would regularly collect our refuse each week.
However, ever since the ''new'' system came in, we are obviously not on their collection systems. Only one week have we had the proper collections -- other weeks, food containers have been overflowing (lovely for the rats), green sacks and black sacks left uncollected.See the full content of this document
