This is what you need 185g unsalted butter 185g dark chocolate 85g plain flour 40g cocoa powder 50g white chocolate chunks 50g milk chocolate chunks 3 eggs 275g caster sugar This is what you do Cut the butter into cubes, cut the dark chocolate into small pieces. Place in a bowl in the microwave on High for 2 minutes to melt. Leave to cool to room temperature. Preheat the oven to Fan 160c, gas 4. Line a 20cm loose bottomed, square tin with baking parchment. Sieve the cocoa powder with the flour to remove any lumps. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until pale and thick and doubled in volume. Pour in the cooled chocolate mixture. And fold until well combined. Sieve in the flour and cocoa mixture, folding in gently until well combined.
