PEOPLE living in Neath North have voiced concerns anti-social behaviour in the area will increase with the approach of Halloween and Guy Fawkes night.
PCSO Andrew Neal said during the last Pact meeting, youth annoyance in Llantwit and Gnoll Grounds were identified as priorities.
