Summary
On Saturday evening I was present at the Taliesin Theatre to see a play called Kindertransport. This I did with reluctance as I was a member of this organisation in 1939. At just 10 years of age, I left my family to make the journey to Swansea not knowing that I would never see my family again.
I cannot praise the author and the actors enough for their portrayal of the characters involved. Being able to identify with the main character was for me an easy yet difficult thing to do. All children who came with the Kindertransport had, and some still have, a different story to tell. Yet to see this play brought back vivid and painful memories.See the full content of this document
