Phillip Birmingham, aged 21, of Kingdon-Owen Road, Cimla, and Darren Birmingham, aged 29, of Caenant Terrace, Skewen, got into a row with the driver on the way home from a stag night. They knocked him to the floor and kicked him to the body and head.See the full content of this document
