Summary
THEY provide a burst of vivid colour and a touch of the tropics to window sills during the worst of the winter weather, with flowers emerging from their branching and arching stems which are tooth- edged.
Every Christmas cactus I've ever owned seems to have thrived on relative neglect, so be warned you can kill them with kindness by over-watering. Leave them alone, watering occasionally, don't turn the plants on your window sill or the buds may drop. Also, avoid putting them in draughts or cold temperatures -- keeping hybrids above 15[masc ordinal]C (59[masc ordinal]F) to hold their colour.See the full content of this document
