I WRITE in support of the letter by Derek Davies (Nov 29) in support of Landore Cricket Club. As a former player for Landore in cricket and football, I have been dismayed at the role primarily of the Swans.

I have been a lifelong active supporter of the Swans. I am enormously proud of the way the club is run on and off the field. It is to Brendan Rodgers and Huw Jenkins that I want to make my appeal.
