A FLAVOUR of the high seas hit dry land over the weekend as more than 15,000 people attended the Sea Swansea Festival.
Among the stalls, live music and theatre show outside the city's Waterfront museum was the festival's main attraction, The Matthew. The reconstructed ship, which was based on the ship John Cabot used when he set sail from Bristol in 1497 to Newfoundland, was visiting the festival for the first time and proved a hit with visitors who had the chance to explore the ship and relive the days of pirating and exploration.See the full content of this document
