NEATH Port Talbot Council has accepted a Pounds 6.7 million payout in a dispute over a troubled waste plant.
The case between the authority and two companies was settled out of court earlier this spring, but the authority has since confirmed it has accepted a one-off sum of Pounds 5.5 million, plus legal costs of Pounds 1.2 million.See the full content of this document
